Àlex Solé Agudelo (Barcelona, 1993)
Fine arts U.B. (2011-2016) and Assistant at Half-House gallery (2012 - 2014). He has participated in the weaving of self-managed expositions of the city as an artist at PLAGA Festival and Infarto en Shangai , as well as a curator, showing the work of the architect Roger Serret i Ricou, the researcher Oriol Ocaña and the painter Oriol Sanz.
Carpenter by profession, he has worked as a technician for artists such as Fernando
Gandasegui, Cristian Herrera and Mònica Planes, among others. He actually manages Còdol Studio, a small workshop dedicated to the production of custom furniture and pieces for designers and artists.
His practice as an artist lays between body, object and voice. Small theatrical performances accompanied by drawings and cute suffering. His works has been shown at Gimmick 2 curated by Antoni Hervàs and recently at Albacete destino mejorable para las artes y el recreo curated by Raquel Bautista and Oriol Ocaña.
Currently, with the carpentry workshop and the house being a single unit, he is part of the cultural fabric that artists and designers are forging in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
