I am a Muralist and a Painter living in Barcelona.
My artistic career began in 2014 studying painting and traditional drawing at the Barcelona Academy of Art. I began to paint murals during the same period, first as a mere exercise where canvases were replaced by walls, later becoming aware of its many possibilities, focusing my personal work around this larger scale of projects.
Monday to Friday: 10am - 2pm and 5pm - 8.30pm; Saturday: 11am - 6pm
Contemporary art gallery founded in 1992. Our main line is contemporary figurative art and its interaction with conceptual art. We work with supports such as Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Installation. We collaborate with a template of consolidated artists; both in the local market of Barcelona, as well as in the national and international markets.
As main objectives we have: the presentation of a coherent program that will help us consolidate in Barcelona and keep us in constant communication with the city's artistic and cultural scene. The interaction with the public, We are always open to collaborating and promoting projects that help generate "New Audiences". And internationalization; We attend contemporary art fairs, we perform exchanges with art galleries from other countries together in our program and we perform activities in PopUp Show format in several cities in Europe and America.
This is how Contrast Gallery seeks its place in the scene of contemporary art.
