This September, twelve galleries from Art Barcelona will participate in ArtInternational Istanbul. Opening bridges between East and West, this fair is becoming a meeting point for the contemporary art global scene.
For the second year, the Generalitat de Catalunya (The Catalan Government) is strongly supporting the joint participation of galleries from the region in international art fairs in order to expand this sector. Through this initiative, the idea is to represent the best of the contemporary art scene from Barcelona in an international context.
Besides the participation of established and emerging galleries, the fair will feature a program of exhibitions, events and forums, to give visitors an enriching experience of Istanbul, along with the best local artistic proposals of today.
ArtInternational will be held at the Haliç Congress Center in Beyoglu, Istanbul on 5 and 6 September, with a previous visit on day 4 only for collectors.
The galleries from Barcelona traveling to Istanbul are: ADN Galeria, àngels barcelona, Galeria Carles Taché Projects, Galeria Joan Gaspar, Galeria Joan Prats, Galeria Miguel Marcos, N2 Galeria, Polígrafa Obra Gráfica, Galeria Senda, Galeria Sicart, Galeria Trama and Valid Foto.
