Around this time every year, Galería Trama and Sala Parés invite artists under 35 from the painting and photographic scenes to participate in ART<35 BS.
This joint initiative from the Fine Arts Department of Barcelona University and the Fundación Banc Sabadell aims at encouraging and promoting the work of young creators as well as the participation of collectors and patrons.
In recent years, there have been around seven hundred participants from which seventy have been chosen by the respective juries.
Art<35 has become a reference point in a circle of events aimed at young artists and has contributed to open doors for the participants both at professional and promotional levels.
